Fil de laiton argenté, fleur de lys en argent, verre blanc et vert. / Fibule à trois rangs de fil de laiton travaillé en double ressort croisé. Perles sur l'épingle d'attache. Entre les deux premiers rangs métalliques, trois fleurs de lys en argent et entre les deux derniers, perles en zigzag. En frange, 28 rangs de perles en verre bciolore dessinant les lettres V H V (Vive Henri V). Perles en verre blanc laiteux et vert pâle.
