Un jeune homme vêtu d'un costume bleu et représentant un bleuet, tend sa main gauche en arrière vers un bleuet, et tient dans l'autre une petite fiole. Il la présente à un jeune garçon muni d'ailes dans le dos, incarnant un papillon, et accompagné d'une jeune fille portant également des ailes.
