Petit médaillon en métal de couleur argentée, de forme ovale, qui s'ouvre par un système de charnière à gond. A l'intérieur, on trouve entre une vitre en verre transparent incolore et un textile blanc tendu, deux petit morceaux de papier doré, carrés, sur lesquels reposent des petits éléments carrés. Chaque élément est légendé sur un petit papier rectangulaire aux angles coupés.
