Il s'agit d'une petite carte de communication de forme rectangulaire aux coins arrondis. Au recto, le fond est blanc. On peut voir un dessin de deux petites filles discutant. Au verso, la carte est partagée en deux, d'un côté se trouve un texte en gras et de l'autre il y a des conseils d'utilisation du préservatif en sept points.
