Il s'agit d'un pendentif ayant la forme de la Torah, deux rouleaux. Sur la face principale du pendentif sont représentés à gauche une couronne, les tables de la loi, et à droite l'étoile de David à six branches, le chandelier à sept branches. Sur la partie inférieure sont inscrits des caractères hébreux. Le revers du pendentif est lisse.
