La carte de voeux double , de format rectangulaire, en papier, avec un feuillet de papier placé à l'intérieur, comporte une illustration sur sa face avant. Il s'agit d'une représentation d'un couple marchant sur des quais. A l'arrière plan, on remarque un bâteau à vapeur. Le reste du fon est traité dans un dégradé de bleu.
