Pain rituel de forme grossièrement circulaire décoré de 5 boules de pâte disposées en croix (une manque). Il s'agit d'un pain de pomana (commémoration de mort) dénommé "poskur". Il se donne à tous ceux qui viennent au repas ; ces pains sont habituellement munis d'un orifice en leur centre où l'on plante un petit cirge de cire jaune. Il a été fait en 1971 par Stana Gacina (valaque) pour la pomana d'un serbe organisée par des valaques.
