Ménagerie Edmond Pezon. Levallois-Perret (77, rue Votaire). 10 août 1902. Prince (mort en avril 1909). Ce superbe lion, de très forte taille, faisait partie avec le lion D'Artagnan et les lionnes Sultane, Rachel, Junon et Bellone d'un groupe superbe qui fut d'abord présenté par Edmond Pezon, lui-même, et ensuite par le dompteur Jean Carrère. Le 31 août 1901, Prince blessa sérieusement Carrère. En 1904, le groupe fut vendu au dompteur Bidel (pour 14000 F) chez lequel il fut encore présenté par Carrère
