De forme carrée, en ciment moulé, il présente un décor peint sur une face : une croix grecque rouge et jaune, avec un quadrilobe dans un cercle à l'intersection des branches, et une fleur marron et blanche dans les coins. Le dos forme un cercle et un point central en relief.
