Carte simple, de format rectangulaire, en papier cartonné beige. Sur le recto est imprimée la reproduction d'une miniature indienne représentant un cavalier et sa monture, sur fond vert. Au verso est présent un timbre oblitéré représentant une vue de Varsovie.
